My name is Tyrone Crew. I am the owner of Mediation Of The Self. I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Syndrome when I was 19 years old. I was told to go on medication. I refused and found meditation and a connection to what I believe to be the creator of creation, as being peace in my life. I struggled with my sexuality being a gay black man growing up in Cleveland, Ohio.
I also struggled with religion and suicide, until I decided to take control of myself and my life. Peace has kept me sane and stable my whole life. I mostly was a recluse growing up. Today I live a peaceful life. My anxiety is under control without medication and I am a :
